Delete your data
You can delete your Byline account and everything in it at any time.
Delete your account
Go to mybyline.app/delete-account, enter your email and the 6-digit code we send you. You can also do it in the app (You › Delete account) or in the workspace (Profile › Delete my account).
Your drafts, recordings, translations, history, linked WhatsApp number and saved connections are deleted straight away. Payment records are kept as the law requires.
WhatsApp only
Send UNLINK to the Byline WhatsApp number to disconnect your phone. Message logs are removed automatically after 60 days.
Cannot sign in?
Write to our support email from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.
